Alyson has wide-ranging international experience. Her career began in the travel industry in Boston where she managed customer relations, quality assurance and correspondence for the Office of the President. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Alyson worked in Human Resources for two global investment firms. In her most recent HR role, she launched the Learning and Development function in partnership with the CHRO, facilitated workshops and retreats, and managed the global performance review process.

Alyson has been an independent coach and facilitator since 2015 working with global clients in countries including Brazil, The Netherlands, France, Vietnam, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

Alyson lived in Wellington, New Zealand for 5 years before relocating to Madrid, Spain in 2021.

Key Qualifications and Professional Memberships

Alyson has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She has a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation where she is also an active member.

Alyson is a former President of the International Coaching Federation Australasia New Zealand Southern & Central Branch. She founded the Systemic Coach Academy of New Zealand which trained qualified coaches in systemic interventions. Alyson is a coach supervisor and mentor. She is certified to deliver DiSC, Hogan – HPI, HDS and HVPI and Tetramap.
