InnoLegals Jobs: About the role – InnoLegals is looking for a friendly, confident communicator to join their team as an Immigration Specialist / Client Relations Executive. You will help potential and current clients through their immigration journeys, support marketing and client-facing activities, and work closely with lawyers and consultants to deliver an excellent client experience.

InnoLegals Job Key responsibilities
Client engagement & business development
- Respond to enquiries from potential clients interested in visas and immigration services.
- Manage and engage with our social media community and respond to online messages.
- Appear in short videos and online events as part of our marketing efforts (training provided).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Immigration support
- Assist clients throughout the immigration process to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
- Review and organise documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with lawyers and consultants and help clients understand next steps.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service and client satisfaction.
What you need to succeed
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (native English speaker preferred).
- Clear understanding of English-speaking communication styles — politeness, tone, and client interaction.
- Friendly, confident, extroverted; comfortable speaking on camera and in meetings.
- Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client interactions.
- Background in immigration, education, or customer service is a plus — passion and professionalism matter most.

- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, etc.).
