The Veteranos Sevilla Rugby Club will officially organise this European Golden Oldies Rugby Festival 2024 in Seville from June 6 to 9. For this great event the Sevilla F.C. This Golden Oldies Rugby festival will have the support of many Institutions in Spain, Andalusia, the Seville City Council and the Provincial Council. As well as the support of sponsors and collaborating companies and entities. The city of Seville has an excellent hotel infrastructure, a historic city centre full of monuments and a wide cultural, leisure and gastronomic offering.
There are 90 registered teams (16 countries) from Argentina, Germany, Gibraltar, England, France, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Lithuania, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Wales and Spain.
Like many other sports, rugby union is available to those over the age of 35 who want to play, and enjoy, the game they have loved for many years. This is not a hardcore competition, but rather the means to build friendships and enjoy the company of some of life’s most unforgettable characters on and off the field. Rugby has created an exceptional global brotherhood and this is happily inherent.
